Perthshire Women’s Aid’s vision is of a society in which women, children and young people are full and equal participants and live free of the threat of domestic abuse and other forms of violence against women.

PWA needs a Manager to lead and direct the charity and its staff team.

You will develop and deliver PWA’s strategic and operational plans. You will be responsible for current and new service delivery and will manage all income generation opportunities, including funding applications and all governance matters. The successful candidate will work alongside the passionate and dedicated board and will lead a motivated and knowledgeable team of 16 staff.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with excellent leadership skills, significant senior managerial experience who has a solid understanding of the third sector landscape. You should be a self-starter with brilliant communication and relationship management skills and have a strong talent at nurturing and developing teams.

The successful candidate should have a feminist perspective, must have a full driver’s licence and be a registered manager with SSSC or willing to work towards the requirement.
